Summary:
Sienna Grobla 6D Street | 28 m² | Nadmotławie 79 is the perfect choice for a very romantic and very comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. The apartment, despite its small size, is 30m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. Downtown Apartments combine hotel-quality standards with the comfort of a private home. Guests are provided with crisp white bed linen, a set of pillows, a selection of toiletries, and a welcome package including coffee, tea, and basic spices.
The Space:
It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. Comfortable double bed, large TV with SMART function directly in front of it. In this small space, there is a place for a table, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast or any other meal. Preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we can find everything needed for a few days or longer stay. A separate room is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. An additional space is provided by a balcony with comfortable furniture. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee and evening drink.
Guest Access:
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day

The Nadmotłwie 79 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes away on foot from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
