A modern kitchenette in the color of natural wood and sage combines functionality with aesthetics. The balcony is an additional space for relaxation, ideal for morning coffee.

The immediate vicinity of the building is President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for bicycle trips and long walks. Right next to it there are all kinds of shops, a little further there is the Przymorze Shopping Center.
