The apartment is a guarantee of a comfortable stay for 6 people, who can use a spacious living room with a properly equipped kitchenette, two individual bedrooms - the first with a double bed, the second with a fold-out sofa and a place to work, a bathroom with a shower. A balcony is an additional space.
Guest Access:
The great advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a club room with a pool table, a gym and an attractive relaxation area. The latter consists of a sauna and a graduation tower. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on the third floor of a modern, prestigious apartment building Tarasy Bałtyku, a short distance from the sea, just 10 minutes on foot to the beautiful sandy beach in Gdańsk. The immediate vicinity of the building is President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for cycling and long walks. Right next to it there are all kinds of shops and the Przymorze Shopping Center, and in the building itself there is the Whiskey On the Rocks restaurant - a cult place on the map of Gdańsk serving American cuisine and more.
Other Things to Note:
From December 15 to 19, external facade renovation works will be carried out, which may cause occasional noise. The works will take place during the day.
