Nice place, definitely recommend

We’ve spent 2 weeks here and we loved the place. I agree with some reviews that place has small minuses like scratches or something, but I think that people are overreacting and put a lot of drama. The apartment is modern, clean and we loved it. The sea is near, you can cross the park and you are on the beach.

Some scratches but I don’t think that it’s super important for the price you pay.

good stay however some issues noted.

location in Marina is excellent - the Reagan Park only across the street. the apartment has enough space and is good planned to let comfort of work for 2 people. dogs friendly. Very good internet connection and assigned parking space.

-> the apartment was not checked by the owner to ensure that it was properly prepared. I do not know how it is possible to make up the apartment within one hour as we got the information that the apartment is ready after one hour from the one that the previous visitors left the flat. as a consequence there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher left and in the shower there was black mold not cleaned. -> for the over a week of stay we got only 2 (two) dishwashers tablets and 2 (two) garbage bags -> the towels we got were impossible to use- did not look even good. Luckily we brought our own.

Quiet building and apartment. The private garage is a plus Good location, close to the sea and shop

None welcome attention : tea, coffee , candy ... Only one towel for the body. Nothing for the hands, and nothing on the floor to get out of the shower None towel to wipe a small dishes The bed is not comfortable: foam mattress too thin, you can feel the boards below Some things in the apartment they have to be fixed.

Mało udogodnień- brak suszarki do włosów, niedziałający ekspres do kawy, 2 ręczniki przy rezerwacji dla 3 osób.

wrócę i polecę z pewnością bo bardzo pewnie i dobrze się tam poczułam

miałam kody jednak wejście nie odbyło się szybko, było ciemno a budynki nie są oznaczone w widoczny sposób jako a/b/c więc stresu było trochę bo podeszlismy do A i wpisywałam kod do mojego nru apartamentu który de facto też istnieje w budynku B ale pojęcia nie miałam. cudem pojawił się ochroniarz i nas doprowadził do właściwych drzwi, oczywiście po weryfikacji.

dla osoby która pierwszy raz się zjawia widzi jedynie budynek z przodu, nie ma informacji o całodobowej ochronie i gdzie się znajduje a uważam tam najlepiej kierować bo nocą z małym dzieckiem to i zmęczenie i myślenie zawodzi.

Dobra lokalizacja blisko do parku Regana i morza.

Uszkodzony narożnik w salonie. Ogrodzenie w ogródku na słowo honoru. Lodówka wymagała umycia .Zmywarka prała dwie godziny ,a naczynia dalej brudne.

Metraż apartamentu. Czuliśmy się przez to bardziej komfortowo niż w ciasnym hotelowym lokum.

1500 kodów żeby dostać się do mieszkania, przygotowanie za małej ilości ręczników w stosunku do ilości osób (mimo,że jak się okazało więcej było schowanych ale my nie grzebaliśmy po mieszkaniu), ogólnie mieszkanie ładne nowoczesne ale ma wiele usterek, których właściciel nie naprawia na bieżąco np. Szafka w kuchni bez uchwytu, zasłony ładne kremowe jednak z plamami... niedziałające oświetlenie w przedpokoju, pourywane uchwyty do zasłaniania żaluzji, wyposażenie kuchni niekompletne-kubki, tależe, miseczki w nierównych ilościach. Adres apartamentu w pierwszych wiadomościach widnieje jako 10/26 a w rzeczywistości to 10b/26 co robi różnicę, bo to inny blok.. Ponadto fatalna sprawa bo mieszkanie jest na parterze a życie wkoło toczy się dosłownie na chodniku. Wkoło ciągle jest pełno ludzi zaglądających do mieszkania więc jak ktoś nie lubi się czuć jak w Big Brother to niestety musi mieć ciągle zasłonięte żaluzje..
