The apartment is just as it looks in the pic with subtle differences. Without boring you to death coz everyone has a story, the apartment and our stay there was OUTSTANDING. Chris and staff were very friendly and professional throughout providing a first class service. THANK YOU.
A smart TV that I can play music on YouTube or connect netflix would had been great rather than death with Polish TV for an English man😜.

Not luxury
After 7 hours driving we found that the key should have been picked up on the other side of the city! Confusingly Mjr (Major) Hubula is not a person! and is not a street name on the sat nav! 'Ulica Major Henrick Hubula' is the actual name of the road! ..Such a shame that simple things were not up to standard, especially when they were the things that a guest encounters upon arrival, such as the threadbare and dirty sofa. Other items that you immediately notice are the scratched coffee table, damaged extractor hood and ripped blinds, which fall off if not used with care. Here are the broken items: glass pane in bedroom door, plug sockets!, light shades and fittings, towel radiator thermostat. Note: any damage invokes charges, but if they have received payment from any fines then IRS Royal apartments have obviously not used it to replace broken items! Once we took a few photos of this disappointing welcome I tried to take a shower. The shower blew itself apart when used, and the blocked shower tray resulted in a flooded bathroom. Please be aware that everything is an extra charge.. English TV, sauna, billiards, parking, cleaning, drinks, plus you’ll be lucky to find a free parking space. The apartment has a dedicated parking space and that should come free of charge! Although a non-smoker myself, smoking is another chargeable activity, although an ashtray has provided free of charge?! At the time of our stay there was no breakfast.. don't pay like we did! It is a pain to get reimbursement.

Close to the beach with lots of space, a parking garage, a well equipped kitchen, Secure entry, and an elevator.
Not a great value. I bet this property was really nice a few years ago, but now the furniture is worn, the wall is smudged and dinged, and the exercise equipment in the fitness room doesn’t work. When I’m paying over $200 per night I would hope to be able to tell the difference between the $200+ per night property and the $115 per night property.

Apartament z potencjałem, ale do odświeżenia i porządnego sprzątnięcia
Osiedle jest bardzo ciche, zadbane, czyste, atrakcyjnie położone, oferuje saunę, siłownię, kort tenisowy, plac zabaw dla dzieci. Samo mieszkanie ma duży potencjał. Jest na drugim piętrze (jest winda), z ładnym widokiem, ma bardzo przyjemny taras, jest jasne. Do morza 10 minut spacerem, blisko do sklepów. Można skorzystać z płatnego miejsca garażowego oraz przyjechać z psem (koszt 70 zł za pierwszą dobę, 35 zł za kolejne).
Wyposażenie oraz poziom czystości pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Sprzęty są sfatygowane. Krzesła obdarte, z łuszczącym się materiałem skóropodobnym (spodnie są brudne za każdym razem po siedzeniu na nich, jak również na podłodze zostają resztki krzesła co wiąże się z koniecznością codziennego sporzątania). Sztućce, zastawa, patelnia są bardzo zniszczone, porysowane, zmywarka nie domywa naczyń, ale trudno się dziwić, bo filtra chyba nigdy nikt nie czyścił. Szyba w drzwiach od sypialni jest pęknięta. Wszystkie drzwi są brudne na wysokosci klamek. Sluchawka pod prysznicem do wymiany. Generalnie mieszkanie potrzebuje odświeżenia/ remontu, ale przede wszystkim dokładnego sprzątania.
