It was neat, and beautifully designed. The check-in process was convenient. All the major factors were perfect.

The bathroom drain was slightly clogged, and the door to the terrace was a bit difficult to open. Otherwise, all was great.

Worth the money, nice newer apartment with comfy beds and cool places nearby, some downsides as well

Nice location near a very good restaurant and a shopping centre. Cool apartments, nice beds, quiet neighborhood. Lots of kitchen utensils, washing machine, cable TV, nice fridges

Kinda hard to find parking, took us a while each time, also hard to figure out where it's paid and where it's free to park. Some of the lights didn't work or were extremely weak, in one apartment the shower head was free floating which made it difficult to use the shower. The toilet was too close to the sink/cabinet so it was difficult to use it. The shower drain was draining very slowly, so the water level got high. The shower doors couldn't keep the water in and it all went allover the bathroom floor easily.

1. Communication with he host was slow or non-existent. First, I had to ask a few times over the Booking messaging how to get the apartment keys. Then I had to figure out by myself how to get the garage door opener. My question about the extended check-out was left unanswered. 2. Kitchen amenities are a mix of cheap plates, a variety of few and different glasses and cups, and an old yellowed coffee maker. 3. Bathroom has mold. 4. The ground floor apartment is right next to a walkway, so everybody passing by sees into the living room. We booked this place because of its high rating, but were surprised how they got that score.

Superb

We really liked the shower and the options to store our belongings. It was really nice that there was a small piece of chocolate waiting on the beds for each of us. Also there were shower gel, shampoo and things to start the day (instant coffee and tea). There even was a small kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher. And there was a small ladder to reach cups and glasses which where too high up for a person who is a little more on the smaller side.

It was really unfortunate that the kettle was leaking and because of the glued on mats we couldn't really dry the surface underneath.

Really nice place with great location.

The kitchenette was very well equipped and had generous expresso and pods coffee machine from the venue. Loads of breakfast option 5 minutes around and I would strongly recommend the local market 5-10 minutes walk away.

Sadly the place was a little tired, the furniture getting worn, walls, doors, and heavy descaling needed for the bathroom shower head. Unfortunately a very deep clean is needed as there was heavy dust behind the bedboard and observed chewing gum glued under the bed frame. Also missing blinds on balcony doors which is needed at times.

Thanks for the stay!

Me and my spouse were absolutely satisfied by this apartments. But at some places it would be good to make a small cosmetic repair. Some furniture is a bit old and works not so good as expected. But it wasn't a problem for us, however.

Once again. It would be nice to make a small repair of furniture. I don't sure about all amenities like iron and hair dryer. We didn't use it. But kettle is too old and the lid falls off which is funny actually. Also there is no electric socket spot near the bed. Or better say, that it is a bed for two, but the spot is only one. So you cannot charge the mobile phone or turn on the night lamp.

The apartment was absolutely superb! Ground floor, with plenty of room and a lovely outside seating area to sit with a coffee in the mornings. The location was amazing, literally a 2 minute walk from the train station and shops. And the complex itself, which was the site of a former brewery, is really beautiful. I would definitely like to stay here again for my next visit.

Great place, but would be nice if every apartment follow the rules of quite time.

The location is great, close to train station, buses, tramps, very easy connected to airport. shopping centers nearby. cafes, restaurants round the corner.

Unfortunately, although the apartments rules says quite time from 10pm, that not the case on Saturday night when some party took place in the building. Very loud night and disturbed sleep till 4am. Very disappointed.

Superb

The apartment is very new and in a nice neighbourhood. There is a small terrace and it was very quiet during the night. It is particularly great if you travelling with a dog. There was a small park near by as well many different shops and restaurants. It was clean, great option with Netflix, all necessary utilities in the kitchen. You do not need keys as the doors open with a code. The train station is really 5 min away. Concerning the beach it took me around 30-40 min walk but you also can take a tram. I felt like at home. I would come back there.

The doors of cupboard with the dishwasher were broken. The batteries of the TV remote control were empty. There were no toiletries even if marked that there should be - I think that maybe somebody cleaning did not notice that the bottles were already empty.
