Casetta dello Zucchero (The Sugar Little House) is a completely renovated 30-square-meter apartment, perfectly located in the historic center of Genoa.
Most points of interest, such as Via Garibaldi and the Aquarium, are just a few minutes' walk away. Paid parking is available nearby for around €15/day.
Enjoy free Wi-Fi, Alexa, and self check-in/out. There is also a desk suitable for working, paired with an active-sitting ergonomic stool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave with an oven function, a fridge, a stove, an espresso machine, a moka pot, a water kettle, a blender, as well as tea, coffee, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, etc.
Ideal for 2 people. The French bed (small double) is very comfortable, and a child or teenager can sleep on the sofa if needed. Please note that extra beds or cribs/cots are not available.
The TV is a Smart TV, allowing you to log into your own Netflix, Prime, YouTube, and other accounts.
⚠️ Please Note: The accommodation is located on the 4th floor without an elevator in a medieval building along a typical Genoese alley (pack light, as the stairs are numerous and narrow 😅). The area is very quiet, even at night, despite being right in the historic center.
