The Accommodation
This approximately 260 m² living unit, consisting of Apartments 6 and 7, is located in the Punkt XII e.V. seminar house and offers plenty of space for larger groups, families, or teams. The layout allows for both private spaces and opportunities to gather together—both indoors and outdoors.

‣ Room 1 (walk-through room): 1 king-size bed & 1 single bed
‣ Room 2: 1 king-size bed
‣ Access to the patio with garden
Apartment 6 (upper level):
‣ Room 3: 1 king-size bed
‣ Room 4 (triple room): 1 king-size bed & 1 single bed
‣ Room 5: 2 single beds
Please note: The connecting room on the lower level is currently not separated from the hallway by a door.

Guests have exclusive access to all rooms in Apartments 6 & 7, including the kitchen, bathroom, balcony, patio, and garden area. The combination of privacy and open communal areas makes this accommodation particularly versatile.
Additional Important Information
The seminar house is located in the charming, quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by a hilly landscape of forests and meadows.
Via the nearby A3 highway, you can easily reach the nearest major cities—Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg—in less than an hour.
Within walking distance of the house lies the Steigerwald, which, with its numerous trails, is ideal for hiking, biking, and horseback riding excursions.
There is a stable on the property with four horses. You are also welcome to board your own horse here. If you’re interested, please feel free to contact us. Upon advance request, we can offer horseback riding lessons for children and adults.
