Whether you’re here on a business trip or a sightseeing tour of Bamberg and the Upper Franconia region, we always have a cozy room available for you at our guesthouse.
Pension Mainsommer features several double rooms, lovingly furnished (extra beds for children available), as well as two shared rooms for groups. All of our rooms are equipped to hotel standards.
At the Wagner family’s brewery and restaurant, right next to our guesthouse, their house-brewed beers are served fresh on tap, and they offer light snacks as well as hot Franconian dishes.
Our family-run guesthouse offers you the ideal starting point for sightseeing in Bamberg, Coburg, or Kulmbach. Since 2005, Bamberg has been an important and active partner in the regional association known as the European Metropolitan Region of Nuremberg (EMN). From our guesthouse in Kemmern, you can reach the Lower Franconian district capital of Würzburg—home to Balthasar Neumann’s UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Royal Residence—in just one hour.
