About this house rental
Villa Talblick is a beautifully situated country house with a magnificent view of the natural surroundings. The entire property faces south/east, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long.
The villa consists of a total of two fully equipped vacation apartments in the main building and a livable garden cottage with a wood-fired sauna, a former chicken coop converted into a bedroom, an outdoor kitchen (for the summer months), and a heated bathroom for the garden cottage. The vacation apartments are connected by an internal staircase.
Each vacation apartment, as well as the garden cottage, is fully equipped with a bathroom and kitchen. The main house features a veranda with a breathtakingly wide view of the valley on both floors, accessible from every room.
The garden cottage features a bedroom/living room with a double bed and a sauna. The sauna can also be used as a bedroom with two single beds.
In addition, there is a former chicken coop in the outdoor area. (Funky Chick Club) This has been converted into a bedroom and features only a double bed. The cabin and the chicken coop are naturally heated. A heated bathroom is available exclusively for the cabin.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Upper vacation apartment:
- Bedroom with 1 double bed
- Sofa bed in the kitchen/living area for 1 person
- Large living/dining area with seating for approx. 16 at the dining table
- Workspace with a magnificent view of the valley
Lower vacation apartment:
- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed
- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed
- Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds
Garden shed:
- “Chicken Coop” bedroom with 1 double bed
- Garden shed with 1 double bed
- Optional garden shed sauna with 2 single beds
Located between Nuremberg and Ingolstadt, a 5-minute drive from Greding with all shopping amenities, and 10 minutes from Beilngries on the Main-Danube Canal/Altmühl River and other charming towns. The location is very quiet, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Altmühltal Nature Park.
The two wonderfully spacious, light-filled apartments—both facing south—are perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself. They were completely renovated in July 2020, modernized with all new appliances, and tastefully furnished. High-speed Wi-Fi is available (60 Mbit/s),
Free parking is available on the property directly in front of the house. There is a charging station for your electric car in the garage for a small fee.
You can dispose of glass and plastic bottles in the recycling bins at Kirchstrasse 15 in Herrnsberg and another 200 meters further outside of town—thank you very much.

Wir hatten das ganze Objekt gemietet mit 10 Personen, 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Fewos im Haupthaus waren toll eingerichtet und die Betten waren gut, einzig die Federbetten waren schlecht wegen Allergie von ein paar Familienmitgliedern. Das Bett in der nicht isolierten Gartenhütte war schlecht und der Saunageruch lästig, das externe zugehörige Bad war schlecht geputzt und schwer zu lüften. Die externe Küche war dreckig, genauso wie der Grill, der Kühlschrank lieferte nicht die gewünschte Kühle. Die Außenanlagen waren ungepflegt ,aber klar, die Putzfrau ist dafür auch nicht zuständig.Ideale Lage in nächster Nähe zu dem wunderschönen Städtchen Greding. Insgesamt positives Urteil👍

Schönes Ferienhaus, sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, herrliche Ruhe, toller Ausblick in die Natur, gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Großer Garten mit vielen Gartenmöbeln und Tischtennisplatte. Gute und viele Infos vom Vermieter im Vorfeld per Mail. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Rundum hatten wir ein tolles Großfamilientreffen in einem herrlichen Ambiente.
