Ideally positioned between Berlin's historic center and the western districts, this stylish apartment offers excellent connections to the city's top attractions, Berlin Central Station, and BER Airport. Accommodating up to 11 guests, it is an ideal choice for families, groups, and business travelers.

This barrier-free apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable stay for all guests. Particular attention has been given to accessibility and inclusion, featuring step-free access, wide interior doors, and an adapted bathroom, ensuring convenience without compromising on style and comfort.

The bright and welcoming living area is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Berlin. It features a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, an additional sleeper chair, and a cozy dining area where everyone can gather together. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

The apartment offers three separate bedrooms, providing both privacy and flexibility for larger groups. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom includes two single beds. The third bedroom is ideal for families and offers a double bed along with a sofa bed. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room, which includes another sofa bed and a single bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests.

Guests enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, as well as fresh towels and bed linens provided for every stay. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected before each arrival to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. Baby cots are also available upon request.

Thanks to excellent public transport connections, Berlin's famous landmarks such as Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, Friedrichstraße, and Kurfürstendamm can be reached quickly and easily. The surrounding neighborhood also offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops, allowing guests to experience the authentic atmosphere of Berlin.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. To make your arrival as convenient as possible, check-in is completely contactless. Three days before arrival, you will receive an invitation to complete the online check-in. Once completed, your personal door code and detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you, allowing you to access the apartment independently from 3:00 PM onwards.

Free public parking is available directly outside the building. Private parking spaces can also be reserved for €15 per day, subject to availability. A refundable security deposit ranging from €150 to €400 will be pre-authorized during online check-in and released approximately 24 hours after a damage-free check-out. Please note that Berlin's mandatory culture and tourism tax of 7.5% is not included in the accommodation price and will be collected separately during online check-in.
