About this apartment rental
In our lovingly newly furnished and fully equipped apartment you sleep comfortably in high-quality box spring beds. Centrally located, it offers the ideal starting point for your stay in Berlin. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us. In just a few stations you can reach the most famous sights such as B. Kurfürstendamm, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie / Friedrichstrasse, the Eastside Gallery, the KaDeWe, TV tower ...
The living room:
The 170 m² apartment consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and kitchen with an inviting dining area / living area and HD TV with international HD channels on a 50 "flat screen. WLAN / Wifi is available free of charge. The building is a typical Berlin old building and has u. a. via an elevator. It is an inconspicuous corner building, so the interior is surprising when you enter the apartment. Here, from the spacious hallway, the spacious new eat-in kitchen with integrated dining room opens, inviting for a large group of people to eat together. To the left and right extend the corridors from which the bedrooms and bathrooms branch off - everything is new, bright and friendly and creates a cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms have high quality king size box spring double beds or -Equipped with single beds and wardrobes. There is a bunk bed in one room. On request, we can prepare the 3 sofa beds for 2 people and provide travel cots (60x 120 cm) and highchairs. Please contact us before you travel. In the 3 new bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, we provide our guests with towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoo. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher and a variety of small items and extras ...
The apartment on the 1st Upper floor has 3 balconies - if you have time and leisure, you can observe the typical Berliner in his daily life.

For short-term stays of up to 21 days: the Berlin Senate has been collecting so-called City tax for private overnight stays i. H. Long-term rentals and verifiable business trips are excluded.

Thoroughly enjoyed family stay in this fantastic apartment. We had a group of twelve (8 adults, 3 children and an infant), and the apartment accommodated our needs nicely. The apartment is in a nice residential area with several neighborhood restaurants and a lively park nearby. It is a bit outside of main Berlin attractions, but the U-bahn is an easy 5-10 walk away, so the city is reasonably accessible. Interactions with property management was easy and effective.

We had a great stay overall, the flat was clean, great location and it had everything we needed including extra towels, hairdryer, iron etc. The bedroom sizes are great, there are a lot of beds to choose from
The owners let us into the apartment before the official check in which was very nice of them
The only drawback we need to point out is that the bunk bed in the smallest bedroom is not a full size bed so although great for children, if travelling as a group of adults, it's not ideal
