About this house rental
The villa is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac.
There is absolutely no noise.
Come stay in this wonderful architect-designed wooden house with green roof. The villa has 300 m² living space, 7 bedrooms, 7 marble bathrooms, and room for 16 guests.
5 bedrooms have very soft carpet floors, 2 bedrooms have nice wood floors.
Night lighting has been installed around the entire house for you. All bedroom windows have fly screens.
Sound systems in the living and dining area and all bedrooms.
Spacious American-style kitchen - 2 large refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 5-ring gas stove, built-in bar with glass rack.
Massive rustic sitting area with large fireplace.
The villa's highlight is the glass roof on the first floor, which offers a panoramic view, with a cosy couch.
100 m² bangkirai terrace with a big heated pool. The pool water stays at a temperature of 24° all year round. The pool is covered with a large party tent during the winter months. The terrace is located on the south side. The sun shines all day long, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the landscape. The terrace has 2 bar tables, 6 regular tables, and 16 comfortable chairs (summer).
The wooden sauna with seating for 6 and a hot tub with seating for 5 are located in the garden. You can heat both of them yourself with wooden logs, which is lots of fun.
An in-ground trampoline has been installed for children.
The garden covers an area of 1000 m². The conifers have now grown tall. The ground floor cannot be easily seen into from the outside. You have utmost privacy.
A charcoal grill is available to entertain friends in the garden.

This place was all we expected. It got a little to warm but the pool was great to cool us down.

Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family.
Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away.
No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho so it was fine.

We stayed for 10 days in the holiday house and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is comfortable, and designed so that the children could sleep upstairs and the adults downstairs. The common/dinning room brought us all together most of the time (unless the children and some of the adults jumping on the trampoline - which was a great success). The outside and surrounding - lovely. We enjoyed the bikes and the toys. There are lots of CDs which we did not get time to hear or see. Also the many TVs in each room - we had no chance to watch. The house is very clean and aesthetic. Beautifully designed.Two things to be corrected: 1. No dryer for the laundry (There are two washing machines and 2 dryers in the house but we were allowed to use only one washing machine) With 9 children 8 adults - for ten days???2. The pool was to be covered in October, to be under a tent. There was nothing like that during our vacation (October 5-October 15). We could not use the pool as a result - The weather beeing too cold.
