This holiday apartment for a maximum of 12 people enjoys a central location in Berlin. 30 metres away there is the Volkspark Friedrichshain with its beer gardens and fairytale fountain. It is just 300 metres to Alexanderplatz, the Hackesche Markt, Brandenburger Tor. Sights and scenic highlights such as Eastsidegallery, O2 world, Simonadach-Straße are within easy walking distance.

The apartment is on the tenth floor and the building has a lift. The living room provides seating, a TV, a DVD and CD player, as well as two sofa beds for four people. There are also three bedrooms each with a double bed. One also has a sofa bed for two people. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, mixer and kettle. A TV and a computer with a printer are provided, as well as wireless Internet access and fans. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bath and toilet, the other with a shower, toilet and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included.
There are good public transport connections, such as from the airport to Alexanderplatz, and from there with the M4 tram or bus line 200, just 2-3 stops depending where you get on, to the station Volkspark Frierichshain, then just a five-minute walk to the apartment. With BVB Berlin it is bus 142 from the main station to the Weinstraße station, just 20 metres from the apartment. The apartment provides descriptions of the apartment, electrical appliances and wireless Internet usage. There are three supermarkets 30-100 metres away, such as Aldi, Netto and Kaisers.
