This is a non-smoking apartment (ashtray on the balcony) with an elevator and a ramp to the building that is heated in winter. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located in the basement. The trash chute is in the stairwell, the paper recycling bin is in the basement hallway, and the bins for the yellow bags are to the right of the building. The building, of course, has central heating.

The “Am Mühlenbach” complex is quietly situated in the city center on the Radau River, between Herzog-Wilhelm-Straße and Herzog-Julius-Straße, near the Jungbrunnen fountain and the start of the shopping promenade. Please use parking space 27 on the parking deck for your car—it’s in the far right corner.
Living room: south-facing, with a 5.5-square-meter balcony furnished with balcony furniture; the balcony can be shaded by an awning. Living room furnishings: leather sofa that converts into a bed (1.40 m x 2 m); coffee table; white sideboard; 2 comfortable armchairs; dining area with 4 comfortable upholstered chairs, TV via Wi-Fi (starting June 25); blackout curtains.
Bedroom: double bed 1.80 m x 2 m with adjustable slatted frames; large closet; sitting area with 2 armchairs; cable TV; blackout roller shade (clothes drying rack in the closet).
