The apartment is designated as a NON-SMOKING apartment. Since we’d also like to welcome YOU as a smoker, you may smoke on the balcony—but only there—provided you bring your own ashtray :-) and keep the balcony door closed.

This newly renovated 2-room penthouse apartment right on Bummelallee offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Large panoramic windows facing south, west, and north offer sweeping views of Bad Harzburg and the surrounding area.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped. The spacious living-dining room, featuring a 58-inch TV and a digital CD radio, is very comfortably furnished. The corner couch converts into a guest bed (120x200 cm). A comfortable TV armchair also invites you to relax while listening to music or reading.
From the living room, you can step out onto the corner balcony, which offers a magnificent view and tranquility on two sides. You can enjoy a nice meal or play a game at the dining table in front of the large window. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, with the door closed and using an ashtray you bring yourself.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a second TV, and ample storage space. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
