We had to book last minute, and the hosts were very responsive, understanding, and managed to clean the apartment and find a baby crib with an extremely short notice from our side. We liked the apartment, it had everything needed, and a nice mountain view.
The steps were pretty steep, so if you have very heavy luggage or kids, it would be challenging. Also, we had to pay extra for the towels, that apparently were not included - although it seems typical for Bad Harzburg properties.

Ruhige und saubere Gegend, auch mit Hund perfekt, fußläufig schnell in der Stadt, Edeka,Bus, Restaurants etc. Alles war sehr sauber, Parkplatz perfekt am Haus, sehr guter freundlicher Kontakt, einfacher Check in und Check Out. In der Küche ist alles da was man braucht und mehr, Topp ausgestattet. Sofa auch schön groß Platz für alle.
Fast keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, beim duschen wird der gesamte Fußboden nass,kann man vielleicht anders regeln. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer ist die Matratze viel zu hart. Im großen Schlafzimmer fehlt die Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen, gibt nur offenes Regal, es ist ziemlich kahl an den wänden.das WLAN war schlecht,konnten kaum TV schauen.
