This bright, spacious family home sits on a quiet, tree-lined street in a friendly North Vancouver neighbourhood, an easy base for exploring the North Shore and the city. Set over two levels, it has a comfortable open living and dining area, a full kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out.
Cook a proper meal in the kitchen, gather around the dining table, and relax in the living room after a day out. Two queen bedrooms make it a great fit for families or a couple of friends, and in-suite laundry keeps longer stays simple. Outside, a lovely garden and sunny decks are made for morning coffee, a summer barbecue, or letting the kids play. Private driveway parking is included, which is a real bonus.
You're a short walk from Lonsdale's shops, cafes, and restaurants, and just a quick drive to Grouse Mountain, the Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Lynn Canyon for hiking and the outdoors. When you want the city, the Lonsdale Quay SeaBus glides you into downtown Vancouver in about 12 minutes, no car needed.
