Bright open and large layout (1250 SF) with beautiful flooring, sleeps 6 (1 king, 1 queen, 1 NEW comfortable double pull-out leather couch). The king and queen beds have pillow-top mattresses with great feedback on how comfortable they are.

Just a SeaBus from downtown. In a great neighbourhood and close to transit. 2 blocks to highway, if you have a car...lots of free and safe street parking.

Across the road is the beautiful Grand Boulevard Park which is 12 blocks long... a lovely walk!

Includes secure wireless Internet, 50" flatscreen satellite TV with PVR, telephone, new in-suite laundry and new full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

With both Lynn Valley and Lonsdale avenue less than 1 km... you will have plenty of shopping and restaurants in close proximity.

Wonderful visit! Very lovely North Vancouver neighborhood. Nice downhill walk to the Seabus (about 25 minutes) or take Uber for about $10 US. Excellent shower and beds and has a terrific washer and dryer. Friendly host too! Would definitely stay there again.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. For the activities we like to do, the location is hard to beat! Plenty of activities within 30 minutes in any direction. The washer and dryer came in useful, buying and keeping snacks and drinks in the fridge for our adventures was great as well. The beds were comfy and we were able to get plenty of sleep. Looking forward to stayin here again on our next adventure!! Thanks you guys!

My family and I stayed for 4 nights. We used public transportation most days - super convenient with the bus stop pretty much across the street. Wish we'd used it on all the days - much less of a headache getting around town. Nice park for walking nearby. Well stocked kitchen too!

We were very impressed with this little space! We came with our toddler and were very pleased to find that the place had many more baby items than listed (a bath tub and some toys/books). The homeowners were out of town for the entirety of our stay, so we were only able to reach them via VRBO messages. We wished there had been some kind of rental info binder with info about the house with the wifi password, what to do with trash and recycling, the check out process, and local spots. They had a fairly energetic dog upstairs that ran around, but only in the morning/evening. We were worried it would wake up our toddler, but fortunately it did not. Overall a very nice space, we would stay here again!

It’s pretty much as advertised 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. The foot traffic and dog traffic from the home upstairs is constant and loud. Goes on most of the day and past midnight and this morning 4 am. The queen bedroom bed totally sinks in the middle with 2 regular size adults in it. Impossible to even try to remain on ones own side. The furniture in the dining room is very damaged. The towels for us 5 were very limited one each that’s it and just one small towel bar in the bathroom so had to hang our towels in the closets in bedroom to dry…. Also paid $125 cleaning fee but was asked to do allot before departure and that’s just not right. The owner was very responsive to messages but I’d not stay again. The location is as advertised in a nice neighborhood but the entrance to the apartment is very very dingy.

This was my home away from home for a few months. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and has pretty much everything you would need for a longer stay. If you have a car, the property is easy on and off the freeway. If using public transport, there are several bus stops nearby. On foot at normal pace, the walk to Lonsdale Quay is about 40 minutes away. The property owners were prompt with any questions or concerns as well as friendly, but they do let you have your space. As it is a basement suite, expect some foot traffic noise from above as well as a few bugs seeking shelter indoors occasionally. As a tall person, I appreciated the higher basement ceilings. The cable and Wifi worked well throughout my stay. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it!

Located in North Vancouver, it was close to everything we wanted to see. We had our own entrance and plenty of clean linen. Having a full kitchen saved a ton of money on eating out. (Use of backyard and BBQ was not included though).

Place was easy to find and close to major roadways in beautiful North Vancouver. Suite had everything we need for a family of 4 to use as a base for a week. We were travelling with an infant and a 2 year old and found the accommodations to be great for this. The owners were quick to respond to any needs or questions. They were able to provide a pack n play, high chair, and infant bath which really helped us out. Overall, great place to stay, would recommend!

The apartment was bright and well maintained. It had every amenity we needed. The house was conveniently located in a lovely North Vancouver neighbourhood but close to shopping and restaurants. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the linens were clean. Communication with the owner was excellent and they provided a super easy check in. This property far exceeded our expectations and is definitely one of the best vrbo/Airbnb places we have stayed in! We have stayed in plenty places as we love to travel. It is located in a very safe and lovely neighborhood. The size of the apartment was quite large for my family. The features were top notch (including heated floor in bathroom and night light in the ceiling). The kitchen was one of the most stocked I had ever seen with lots of cutlery, pots and everything you need in kitchen (including free coffee). Laundry room was well stocked. Free parking on street. Usually short term rentals can be quite bare bones (almost like a boarding house). On the contrary, this place felt like someone’s cozy home because of how well stocked it was and the little details (including wall decor, weight scale, lots of storage in bedrooms and eco-friendly supplies). Best of all was that the hosts were fantastic. Alexine was very helpful and I found it quite nice that if we needed anything, they were just upstairs. The neighborhood was awesome with lots of parks just a stone throw away and Lonsdale street was within walking distance - all your grocery and supplies shopping can be done here. Earnest Icecream is the best. Major touristy places like Capilano bridge and Grouse mountain are like 15 minutes away. I would recommend having a car because there are many hilly roads to climb and you also need one to easily go Downtown for touristy stuff. Overall, this apartment was fantastic! My little son did have some trouble with the WiFi going in and out- he was using a much older iPad. Definitely would return to stay here for another visit to beautiful Vancouver!

Big surprise did not expect the accommodation to be so spacious and facilities to be so new. Welcomed with a bottle of wine and warming greeting note. The hosts were very friendly. We were assisted on using their outdoor BBQ for cooking our dinner. Beds were really comfy too. Highly recommend this place, next time we visit vancouver I will not think twice about booking here again.
