Fully furnished bright basement suite available for rent in beautiful North Vancouver. It is your home away from home!!

Bright open and large layout (1250 SF) with beautiful flooring, sleeps 6 (1 king, 1 queen, 1 NEW comfortable double pull-out leather couch). The king and queen beds have pillow-top mattresses with great feedback on how comfortable they are.
Just a SeaBus from downtown. In a great neighbourhood and close to transit. 2 blocks to highway, if you have a car...lots of free and safe street parking.
Across the road is the beautiful Grand Boulevard Park which is 12 blocks long... a lovely walk!
Includes secure wireless Internet, 50" flatscreen satellite TV with PVR, telephone, new in-suite laundry and new full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.
With both Lynn Valley and Lonsdale avenue less than 1 km... you will have plenty of shopping and restaurants in close proximity.
Basically - bring your clothes, buy some groceries and everything else will fall into place for a very enjoyable stay. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, etc...
Oh, don't forget the Nespresso espresso machine and pucks - great way to get your day started with a great java!

We had a lovely stay for our family of four which included a toddler and an infant. They have a high chair and pack and play available is great for travelling families with young kids. They were great hosts and communication was clear. Would not hesitate to book again!

Great condo! Very modern and spacious. Had all we needed. Location was good and space very clean. Only had a little noise at night with people above us. Would stay here again for sure!

We booked for 3 nights, had a great stay with friendly hosts. Unit has everything and more. Had a toddler with us and there was highchair and other baby items available. There is wonderful walking paths right across the street and the access back onto the highway was a driving bonus. I would not hesitate to stay again.

It’s pretty much as advertised 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. The foot traffic and dog traffic from the home upstairs is constant and loud. Goes on most of the day and past midnight and this morning 4 am.
The queen bedroom bed totally sinks in the middle with 2 regular size adults in it. Impossible to even try to remain on ones own side.
The furniture in the dining room is very damaged.
The towels for us 5 were very limited one each that’s it and just one small towel bar in the bathroom so had to hang our towels in the closets in bedroom to dry….
Also paid $125 cleaning fee but was asked to do allot before departure and that’s just not right.
The owner was very responsive to messages but I’d not stay again.
The location is as advertised in a nice neighborhood but the entrance to the apartment is very very dingy.
