The heart of the property is the elegant private swimming pool, enhanced with refined stone details and surrounded by a spacious sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and comfortable armchairs, ideal for relaxing under the warm Sicilian sun. A practical outdoor shower completes the pool area.

Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped barbecue area with tables and chairs, perfect for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. A large patio of approximately 60 m², furnished with a dining table, allows you to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and share convivial moments in complete relaxation.

For those wishing to explore the surrounding area, three bicycles are available. Younger guests can have fun in the dedicated play area with a swing.

The villa enjoys a strategic location: less than 10 km away lies Noto, the famous “Capital of Baroque,” recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The splendid Baroque towns of Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, and Modica are also easily reachable.

The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a welcoming living room with a TV corner and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, featuring all modern comforts. The rooms are air-conditioned with a heating/cooling system. There are also two double bedrooms, both air-conditioned, and two comfortable bathrooms complete with showers.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom, air-conditioned (heating/cooling), with a private en-suite bathroom complete with a shower.
