Villa del Colle is a splendid countryside holiday villa with a stunning private infinity pool, situated on a panoramic hill just 5.8 km from the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo and the bay of Porto Ulisse, near the southernmost point of Sicily. This villa with a pool is the ideal place for families and groups of friends who wish to spend an unforgettable holiday in Sicily, dedicated to relaxation and nature.
Villa del Colle offers its guests an exclusive stay experience, with a private infinity pool and a 4000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean plants, olive trees, carob trees, palm trees, banana trees, and fig trees. Guests can pick and enjoy the fresh fruit, dining al fresco on the panoramic veranda.
The family-friendly villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, thanks to its 3 bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with beds that can be joined to form a double bed. The rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and common areas.
The villa also features 2 bathrooms with showers, a laundry room with a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with an espresso machine, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a living room with sofas and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the property. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (approximately 36 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a cost of €1.10 per kWh.

Lovely property , immaculately clean with well maintained garden, grounds and swimming pool. Wonderful welcome pack greeted us on arrival and the hosts were very warm and welcoming too. ! Just be aware there is a road , hidden from view but close to the property but we blocked out any traffic noise by the second day. Good location for exploring the baroque cities of Noto, Ragusa and Modica and some lovely local beaches nearby. Marzameme was a fun place to visit in the evening too. We ventured to the valley of the temples on Agrimento which is 3 hours by car but well worth the visit.

The villa was beautiful and in a great location for lovely restaurants and visits. Taking the time to explore ( with some guidance and suggestions from the agent ) was amazing and then being able to retreat to such a beautiful and well equipped villa was lovely . Highly recommend
