About this villa rental
Villa Vendicari is made up of two separate villas for a total of 250 square meters of floor space, approximately 1,000 square meters of terraces between above and below, 20,000 square meters of garden, swimming pool, private parking.
The complex can be rented in full or only one of the two villas can be rented. It depends on the availability and budget you have available. It is best to contact us for details. It may be busy here, but maybe one of the two villas is available for smaller groups, contact us for details.

The villa is located in the restricted area of the Vendicari natural reserve and a couple of Km away from the access to the main beach of Vendicari. More information on Vendicari here
The villa is far enough from asphalted roads that you cannot see them or hear the sound of passing cars.
It is a complex of two buildings (the floor plan is visible between the photos), two hectare garden, swimming pool and private parking. The total of internal walkable square meters is 250sqm, about 600sqm of terraces of which 200sqm on the roof of which in turn 100sqm are garden roof.
The garden extends for two hectares (the project is visible in the photos) and presents a great variety and quantity of fruit trees (carob, almond, fig, false pepper, gevillea, orange, mandarin, konkuat, pomegranate, persimmon, etc) and a vast garden of aromatic herbs which can be used for internal consumption (mint, caper, chilli pepper, thyme, verbena, lentisk, marigold, sage, juniper, etc.).
