Renovated farmhouse with heated swimming pool Côte d'Emeraude Saint Lunaire.
The house can accommodate 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor with private bathroom, 3 bathrooms, a large bright living room opening onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 terraces to enjoy the sun at any time of the day, 1 enclosed and landscaped garden as well as 2 private parking spaces.
You will enjoy a 10X5 heated swimming pool (motorized shutter).
It is ideally located: close to the beaches of Saint Lunaire, close to Dinard, Saint Briac sur Mer and Saint Malo. There are many coastal paths and many water activities are available. It is also close to local shops and markets, and an equestrian centre.
Possibility to include a linen kit. (sheets + towels + bath mat + dish towels).
Cleaning at your expense, otherwise you will be charged a fee.
A deposit cheque will be required.
