Come and discover our brand new architect's house, to spend a family holiday in Dinard!g
Just finished in December 2024! Our 120m² house, on 2 levels, including a garden and a patio, is located 5-10 minutes walk from the beaches of Dinard (Saint Enogat, Port Blanc) and shops.
With character and large volumes, this house is designed for two families to have a good time in all seasons!
On the first floor: large entrance, toilet and master suite (queen size double bed) - open to the garden, with its bathroom (Italian shower). Fully equipped American kitchen, with table for 8-10 people, opening onto a large living room (40m²) very bright (2 large bay windows) with large volumes (6m ceiling).
Upstairs, double bedroom (queen size bed), bathroom with bath and toilet and large children's bedroom with 6 beds (2 double beds and 2 single beds).
Garden of 200m² with furniture for lunch, 40m² patio out of sight also equipped.
Equipment: high-speed internet, washing machine, dryer, cot, high chair, ping pong table (in the garage)
Ideal location to do everything on foot or by bike: 5 minutes walk from the local shops in Saint Enogat (bakery, pastry shop, butcher, ...) and the supermarket.
A 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beaches (St Enogat, Port Blanc, La Fourberie) and a 15 minute walk to the famous Dinard market and Ecluse beach. In Dinard you will also find a very pretty golf course and a casino.
