In the residential area of Le Prieuré in the renowned seaside resort of Dinard, overlooking a small beach and the miniature golf course, this renovated townhouse combines old-world charm with warm, contemporary decor.
Right next to a small beach, on the main road leading to the large Prieuré beach, it's a 5-minute walk to this superb beach, which offers the best view of St Malo.
This 160 m² family home comprises a large living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet for returning from the beach, a large basement ideal for young and old with TV lounge, pool table, pinball machine, retro arcade game cabinet, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- On the second floor, 3 large double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower.
- On the second floor, 2 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds, plus a shower room and separate toilet.
- An adjoining apartment completes the offer, with 2 beds, one double and one single, and a shower room and WC.

La Villa Marlotte We ADORED our stay here! We traveled to Dinard for 2 weeks with 6 adults and two small children, and the house was perfect for the big mixed group. The location isn’t city center, but was quiet and a quick two minute walk from a small quiet beach. Walking into town, there’s a beautiful path along the sea wall that couldn’t be better. The apartment is beautiful and having some private space carved out was great. The securely fenced yard was fantastic for the being able to let the kids roam in and out on their own. The common areas are big, comfortable, and well stocked. A few things to know: the Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the separate apartment or outside, which was a challenge for us with remote work. The dishwasher stopped working early in our stay, but the hosts were very responsive and sent a tech out to fix it quickly. One shower didn’t drain so we couldn’t use it, but that was minor for us. Incredible stay, can’t wait to return!

🙂 The house is in great location, very comfortable and really well equipped. Fully fenced, with a great garden and short walk to the beach.
🙁 It was quite a challenge to find, because the house has no street number. Ground floor toilet does not have a lock - small but annoying issue when travelling in a large group."

La Villa Marlotte "Beautiful villa, in a perfect location. We were two families with five young children (including two babies) and the villa was more than spacious, very well equipped, and the location (less than 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach) was amazing. Although the whether wasn’t always welcoming, we enjoyed spending time inside!
We loved staying in Dinard and will be back!"
