Arrive. Gaze out at the water. Take a deep breath. Welcome to your maritime retreat right next to the Flensburg Fjord. Enjoy relaxing evenings on the lovingly designed balcony—surrounded by reeds, bamboo, and atmospheric lighting, it will quickly become your favorite spot—whether for your first cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
The approximately 40-square-meter loft on the 3rd floor is bathed in natural light, modernly furnished, and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay for two.
The highlight is our comfortable box-spring bed with an unobstructed view of the fjord. Start your morning peacefully and enjoy the feeling of being close to the water.
The open living area combines cooking, relaxing, and enjoying life. The new concrete-look kitchen, which we selected ourselves, is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and Senseo. The refrigerator has a small freezer compartment.
Of course, there’s a modern bathroom with a shower, as well as a parking space right next to the front door. Bicycles can be stored in the communal bike room.
THE LOCATION
The loft is located right on the fjord—ideal for anyone who loves the water, walks, and a maritime atmosphere.
The sandy beach and the marina are within easy walking distance. There’s an Italian restaurant right on the beach and a Greek restaurant nearby—both highly recommended. For groceries, there’s an Edeka Smartshop... open late into the evening every day, just a short walk away.
Flensburg’s downtown area, with its historic alleys, cafés, and shopping options, is just a few kilometers away, as is the Danish town of Sønderborg, with its hyggelig charm, which is just under 40 km away. The bus stop is right on the next street, with buses running about every 20 minutes.
And another highlight: the smallest border crossing into Denmark is very close by—a nice walk.

Welcome to the Fördeloft—a cozy loft for two, just a few steps from the water. Here, tranquility, a maritime lifestyle, and proximity to Flensburg and Denmark come together.

The open-concept kitchen-living area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, and more. Another highlight is the box-spring bed, where you can enjoy the sweeping view of the fjord as well as the feeling of being right by the water.
Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, a parking space, and a bike storage room (shared space for all residents). One door down, there is a washing machine and dryer available for a fee.
On-site costs: INCLUDED • Bed linens and towels • dish towels, kitchen supplies: dishwasher tablets, dish soap, soap, toilet paper, etc. • Parking space next to the building’s entrance • Bicycle storage (shared space with other residents) • Wi-Fi • Free use of the mini-golf course—clubs and balls are provided for play. The final cleaning fee is not included in the accommodation price and is charged at a flat rate of €85.00. In House 7, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for approximately €5.00 each.
