Welcome to the modernly furnished and cozy studio apartment "Little Mermaid", which is located on the top floor of the well-kept residential and holiday complex Strandresidenz Wassersleben, which is idyllically located on the beach. The apartment impresses with a high-quality double bed and an additional sofa bed for a third person with a generous lying area of 130x195cm.
The roof windows offer a picturesque view of the tourist tax-free beach and the Flensburg Fjord. The well-equipped fitted kitchen makes the apartment ideal for self-catering. A modern shower room with toilet and towel radiator ensures comfort. In January 2023, the apartment was classified with 3 stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association).
Free parking spaces are available around the residential complex, although there may occasionally be a shortage in summer.
Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used there. There is also a storage room for bicycles you bring with you. The beach is just steps away, across the street.
