The spacious balcony is furnished with a small seating and dining area and offers an impressive view of the sea, the beach, and the Baltic Sea. A flat-screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment.
The booking price includes the use of a designated parking space, which is, however, only suitable for very small cars. Additional free parking spaces are available around the residential complex, although they can occasionally be in short supply during the summer.
Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the first floor. There you’ll find a washing machine and dryer, and there’s also a storage room for bicycles you bring with you.
