The first floor includes a living room opening onto an open kitchen with central island, and the master suite (for 2 people) which opens onto its own small terrace ideal for breakfast at the end of the day. fresh – you even have the right to a toilet yay!
From the living room, you access a south-facing terrace, partially in the shade of the pine trees, which offers you a table for 8 people, near the planchaaa (😊), a small garden furniture with deckchairs, and, as a guest star... a cute swimming pool of 2 by 4 meters, with child protection system.

Under-sloping bedroom (2 people together or separated): 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, which also makes a very good small TV lounge
