Located in the exclusive Salobre Golf Resort, this property offers a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, while remaining close to the main attractions of southern Gran Canaria. A car is highly recommended, allowing guests to reach Maspalomas Lighthouse, Dunas de Maspalomas, Meloneras, and the beaches of Maspalomas in approximately 10–15 minutes. Public transport within the resort area is limited, but taxis are readily available. With a car, guests can easily explore the island's top attractions, including Puerto de Mogán, picturesque mountain villages, scenic viewpoints, and the capital, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, all within comfortable driving distance.
📋 House Rules and Notes (Strict)
Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
