Designed to accommodate up to 6 people (possibility of 7 with supplement).
PEOPLE NOT REGISTERED FOR THE RESERVATION ARE NOT ACCEPTED DURING THE DAY OR TO SLEEP THERE (unless requested in advance.)
-The accommodations are composed of: 2 bedrooms (a double bed in 140 and 3 beds in 90 + a large sofa bed in the living room)

On the first floor you will find:
-A living and dining room equipped with a large TV and wifi,
-Desk ideal for teleworking, use of a laptop, drawing
-Fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher; induction hob, oven and microwave)
- Many small appliances: Standard coffee machine (ground coffee) Senseo coffee machine, French press coffee maker, kettle....
-Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, drying rack
- Gym: fitness equipment, exercise bike
-Ideal for families: many toys, books, coloring, board games for children and games table are available
- Possibility to accommodate baby (equipment available: travel cot, baby mattress, sheets, blanket, changing mat, high chair, floor cushion...)

OUTDOOR /GARDEN/ SWIMMING POOL:
- Private terrace with relaxation area not overlooked (garden furniture)

-The rest of the garden and the Swimming Pool is accessible to our travelers every day from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.

In order to allow us to organize its maintenance and to reserve swimming times for our children, we thank you for letting us know whenever you do not want to use the pool (even if it is only for half a day).
This simple information allows us to plan cleaning slots and the use of the pool by our family in complete privacy, while ensuring that it is always clean and pleasant for your stay.
So travelers don't have to worry about this detail of pool maintenance sometimes considered restrictive...

The slots are indicative, we adapt as a priority to the needs of travelers (after 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on request)

- Our pet friends are not accepted

- Children allowed without age condition but please specify the number of children and their age at the time of booking in order to prepare your arrival as well as possible.
- Important: Children remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or guardians for the duration of their stay

- The accommodation must be left clean and tidy.

- Sheets, bed linen and towels provided

- The house rules will be sent a few days before in order to be read before your arrival and a welcome booklet will be given on your arrival
