You benefit from parking within the property and free Wi-Fi connection.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a fridge, a living room equipped with a flat-screen smart TV as well as a dining room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Towels, bed linen and pool towels are provided.
The two master bedrooms are each equipped with a flat-screen smart TV.
The beautiful villa has a terrace with a dining table, a bar, a fridge and a water point as well as garden furniture offering a beautiful view of its large swimming pool and outdoor areas.
The 150 m2 villa on a plot of 2000 m2 composed of a swimming pool (5*10m) and many outdoor relaxation areas, is located near the scrubland in a quiet residential area. There is no vis-à-vis and fully fenced with a courtyard to park cars.
Possibility to accommodate horses.
