Villa of 200m² located 10min from Montpellier, in the hinterland hinterland. Quiet village at the foot of the peak St Loup and 30min from the beaches. A 10min walk from the small shops in the village center (supermarket included).

Quiet garden with salt pool of 8mx4. Swimming pool completely secure. Covered terrace of 45m² + pergola with sunbeds.
Villa on floor: on the ground floor the day area + a bedroom and toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Solarium adjoining the parental suite
Large living room of 65m ², opened on the garden by large picture windows. TV corner, reading lounge area, dining area. Spacious and well equipped kitchen with pantry and adjoining laundry. 4 bedrooms available with double sleeping each. Baby equipment possible. Double covered garage.
Electric griddle for grilling. Table tennis, table football, various games.
Presence of a small cat in the house, autonomous entrance-exit.
Locatin on 7 nights minimum. Rate reduction for a reservation of 2 or 3 consecutive weeks

Very clean. Airco in the bedrooms a big plus on hot nights. Very nice swimming pool.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour: maison très propre, très bien aménagée et équipée, piscine et loisirs à disposition, calme dans le quartier, excellent accueil de la part d'Isabelle.
J'oublie certainement des points positifs, mais en bref: vous pouvez louer sans hésitation, c'est une très bonne adresse.

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent dans la maison de Isabelle et sa famille. Tous était au top. La maison est très agréable et confortable on ne manque de rien, tres bien équipe on s’y sens bien. Isabelle est tres réactive et à l’écoute A nos questions. La maison est calme et bien située. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et n’hésiterons pas à relouer la maison.Encore merci à Isabelle et sa famille.
