About this villa rental
We live in a lovely town house of 125m2, with a fenced garden and secure swimming pool. The house is modern and has all the necessary comforts for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
The garden features a shaded terrace for lunch outside even during hot weather.
Air conditioning is installed in all rooms and in the lounge.
A centralized closure system of the flaps, and an alarm device for closing the home very quickly.
The garden has an automatic watering system and the pool speaks very easily with a robot.
Parents of young children, we have baby equipment (bed-umbrella, high chair ...) that we put at your disposal to avoid overloading your car.
Description of the house: On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, an office with sofa bed, a laundry area and a toilet.
On the floor, 2 rooms of children with single bed (trundle), a room of bath with tub and TOILET, a parental room and its room of annexed water.

Nous avons passé 14 jours dans le calme en profitant chaque jour de la piscine.
La maison est fonctionnelle avec 4 chambres ce qui permet un excellent confort. La climatisation dans les chambres est un gros plus!
L'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires est impeccable ce qui contribue à passer des vacances sereines. Un grand merci à eux.

Propriétaire serieux que nous recommandons, nous avons passer un super séjour, en disposant de tout les renseignements nécessaire pour pouvoir profiter au max.
Un accueil chaleureux et des personnes a disposition, un grand merci à vous ainsi qu'à votre famille .
Une maison spacieuse qui convient parfaitement pour un séjour en famille.

We spent two weeks in the house of Nicolas this summer.
He was very hospitable, all our questions were answered in advance and during our stay.
The house is ideal for families (we were 4 adults and 3 children). Especially the child-proof pool and the available kids toys were helpful. Everything was clean and nicely furnished and we could use everything (bedding, towels, spices, barbecue, bicycles, internet, etc.). There is air conditioning in every room.
From the house, it is just 5 minutes to the shopping center or the pharmacy and a half an hour drive to the beach. The next tram station is only a few hundred meters away and you can get there without any change to the city center.
Except putting out the rubbish racks and refilling water into the pool every few days we had nothing to worry about, the final cleaning was included in the price and we got the deposit back two days after our departure without any problems.
