On foot, from the house you can visit Port Louis but also reach Gâvres and Lorient by boat.

On the 1st floor: large master bedroom with 160 cm double bed; bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90cm; bathroom with large shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
On the 2nd floor: dormitory room with 3 beds of 90 cm (possibility of making a master bedroom with king size bed); master bedroom with toilet and private shower; separate toilet.
