ATTN: travel nurses, locums, professionals/business travelers, intensive study students, internships. residency, college parents, and patients receiving treatment and/or family members, and stay-cation/vacationers.
ACCESSING PROPERTY & PARKING:
The driveway entrance is wide and access off the street is easy.
PARKING:
Concrete pad beside the carport is yours. Also, the gravel/ flat yard immediately behind the carport offers three-point turning. You can also back in or out.
FINAL APPROACH:
The pathway to the door is a gravel path with historic stone slab steps to the patio and door protected by the porch above it. OR you can park in the back of the yard and walk to the patio without steps.
A dusk-to-dawn flood light and solar twinkling lights stays on after dark. A keyless entry pad opens the door. Every guest receives a code to door and wifi access prior to arrival. Wifi code is also on wall inside the den.
Although I have very little interaction with guests, I am available to assist, to interact, or to give you space as needed.
Relax in a comfortable TV/game room, BBQ by the huge fire pit, or work at the table in solitude. In-suite laundry, a stocked kitchen, soundproofing and upgraded insulation with climate control options in every room promise to make your stay productive or relaxing for one or for the family.
