This was a very clean rental in a great part of downtown. Restaurants within walking distance were extremely good. It had all the amenities we needed. Just a little tricky in the dark and with road construction to find the exact location and parking since not together. It was perfect for our College for a weekend tour of Liberty University

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Its downtown location was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to many local attractions and amenities.The property itself was very well maintained, both the exterior and the interior of the condo. We especially appreciated the clean, modern feel and the lovely balcony. The thoughtful inclusion of toiletries and coffee with supplies was a considerate touch that made our stay even more comfortable.

We recently stayed at this property, and while there were some positives, there were also significant drawbacks that would prevent us from returning.Pros:The unit was clean upon arrival, and communication with the property manager, Red, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions on how to temporarily park and unload our items, which made an otherwise frustrating situation a bit more manageable. Red is truly the greatest asset to this property.Cons:Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay. First, the directions to locate the unit were not very clear, which caused some initial confusion. Once we settled in, we encountered a persistent ant problem. They were in the kitchen (even on our cups), the bathroom, and even in the bed, which was very unsettling. The most challenging aspect, however, was the parking situation. The designated parking was over a quarter mile away and uphill, which made it extremely inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage or groceries.While the property manager did her best to assist us, the combination of these issues made our stay less enjoyable. And the walls are. VERY thin. We heard every step and conversation from people outside. Regrettably, I wouldn’t stay at this property again.
