About this house rental
Large daylight basement apartment in upscale neighborhood. Back yard of 1.5 acres of wooded trails. Your apartment has wifi access, 40" HDTV, blu ray disc player, full size pool table, microwave, laundry room. patio. All linens and towels provided. The bedroom is cool (but lots of extra blankets and heaters too if you need them). There can be some noise from the upstairs of the house, but we strive to keep things quiet for guests from 9PM to 6AM. Some basic kitchen utensils too. The apartment is about 900 square feet. One separate bedroom, but also two couches and other available single mattress too.

It was very cozy and a perfect place to stay that was near Liberty University. Just a quick 20 min drive to get to the main campus. We loved getting to play pool and chess during our downtime. Host was very welcoming and responsive.

Pre-stay communication with the host Tim was clear, prompt, helpful, and friendly. The location was ideal for our needs and the ground floor suite was comfortable and met all of our needs.

Since I was traveling alone, it was very important to me to feel safe and comfortable. This space met all my needs. It was beautiful, comfortable, safe and quiet. The hosts were available.
