This upper duplex has the perfect balance of modern amenities (fully renovated kitchen and bathroom) and historic charm (wood flooring original to 1913!).
Centrally located near downtown Lynchburg, you can grab a burger at the historic Stadium Inn just around the corner, catch a Lynchburg Hillcats baseball game/fireworks, shop for used books at Bookshop on the Avenue, or spend the day exploring the downtown market.

This upper level duplex has everything you need for the perfect stay!
COMFORT:
-Incredibly comfortable queen beds
-Oversized bath towels
-Room darkening curtains
-Ceiling fans/box fans/sound machines
CLEANLINESS:
-White bath towels
-White bed sheets
-Thorough cleaning before every stay
CONSIDERATIONS:
-There is no parking allowed on the curb in front of the house (per the city), but there is plenty of curbside parking right across the street.
-Accessing the unit requires going up a staircase
-The lower unit has long-term tenants so we would ask guests to be mindful of noise pollution
Guest access
The entire apartment is available to guests, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet. The entire home is private to VRBO guests, there are no shared spaces.
You may access the unit using the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your account.
Please note there is no laundry.
We may be able to provide a guaranteed 2 hour early check in or late check out, for a fee of $25 paid through VRBO.
Other things to note
Because the unit is accessed by an open staircase, we unfortunately do not recommend this unit for young children, due to the safety hazard that the staircase could present.

The apartment was clean, bright, and cozy. Beds were super comfortable and bathroom was clean and well appointed.

Apartment had games for family activity. It was very nicely set up. Very roomy and nice looking. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the place. I turned the box fan on in the bedroom for white noise and huge globs of hair and dirt blew across the room. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty in front of the sink. I sent a text to the owner inquiring because I paid a 60 cleaning fee and it was not clean.They simply said they'd talk to the cleaning person. Offered no resolution.The windows were full of cobwebs. All things that need to be addressed. The price was very fair but it did need to be clean.
