Location was great. The number of beds was what we needed. The decor was pleasant. It had the amenities we needed.
The beds weren’t particularly comfortable and the plastic mattress protector made the beds noisy and made it hard to sleep. The upstairs bedroom carpet looked and felt dirty.

Beautiful old home with character and charm! We truly felt at home and will be keeping this tagged as a favorite for when we come back to Lynchburg!
We didn’t have any major issues with anything at this property.

Availability of washer and dryer; kitchen with convenient appliances; general decor
The yard is unkempt, various cupboards and doors have broken mechanisms, the owner's "list of things that are unfortunately broken" is long and dog-eared, so obviously not recent problems; The A/C units are very loud and either blasts full force or switches off. Laundry that was supposed to be cleaned before we arrived, lay crumpled in a heap in a cupboard that was supposed to be for guest use.
