The bougainvillea-covered veranda, shaded and sea-facing, has an outdoor kitchen where shade, breeze, and view make it hard to move on. The pool runs 7 by 11 metres, with terraces for everyone to spread out, a BBQ area, an upper terrace for sundowners, and a garden gate leading directly to the marina and beach.



The Estérel massif, red volcanic rock dropping into turquoise water, offers clifftop trails far less crowded than the coast. Quiet coves between Théoule and Agay, Cannes 20 minutes away with its Marché Forville and boats to the Lérins Islands, plus inland trips to Biot's glassblowing workshop or the perfume workshops in Grasse fill out the days.
