Located in a private and closed domain, this beautiful Provencal villa of 130 m2 with a beautiful sea view, was completely redone with taste in 2017 with a talented decorator. High-end equipment.
It is only 450m walk from the village of Agay with its many shops, restaurants, its beautiful pink sand beach and all its sports activities.
The large flowered and beautifully wooded grounds of 1,700 m2 are quiet, with a 10x5 swimming pool (with alarm), several equipped terraces (one of which is covered), giant parasol, hammock, garden furniture and 2 parking spaces on the property.
Everything has been thought out in the spirit of conviviality of a refined lodge between the Mediterranean and the Estérel mountains, for authentic family moments.
