Other Things to Note:
1. The house is situated in a beautiful family-friendly residential dead-end street. Please be mindful of the quiet hours (starting 9:30p) and keep the noise to a respectful level in the evening.
2. We wish we could accommodate your furry friends, but we have a no pet policy.
3. Guests use the pool at their own risk, as no lifeguard is present, and children must always be supervised.
4. No events or parties of any kind (e.g., no unregistered guests allowed).
5. No illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, or e-cigs are permitted anywhere on the property.
Interaction with Guests:
We won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app.
