- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (located by the front door, overlooking the driveway and the pool equipment, and in the garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.
- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 5 cars).
- Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ grill’s propane tank to use.
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and the pool heater may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know a week before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.
- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. We had 3 families 12 people all together 6-adults the rest all young men from 16-26 in age. We loved the pickleball court and pool area, the indoor game room was a great add to the home. The home was equipped with towels, laundry detergent, soap and kitchen supplies newer appliances … the beds were very comfortable and we rate this home a 10 out of 10The property is fenced in a very doggie friendly..

Our host were very responsive. They replied no later than 5 mins to any concerns we had. This house is cute and pretty spacious. The home itself could use some fixing up. Minor updates/maintenance like paint, wood chippings could make the house feel higher end.. Master bedroom is huge- two walk in closets but honesty a waste of space considering no one would use all that space unless they were staying long term. Quality of bed, pillows, blankets were luxurious. Overall we were happy with the house. Thank Jenny for helping me with all the minor concerns we had. You were pleasant to work with.

The house was close to AMI and in a nice area. Very convenient to get to beaches. The house has an excellent backyard with options for adults and children! We would stay here again!

We are a group of neighbors which include 8 adults and 4 children. Each couple got their own room and the kids got to share a room. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone and the backyard was a hit! We had an issue with the door code on our second day and got locked out. The owner responded immediately and took care of the problem. We would definitely stay here again!
