Welcome to Sunshine Social, a thoughtfully designed vacation-vibe retreat perfect for families, friends, and multigenerational groups. This property offers 6 bedrooms (including 5 king beds) across the main house and guest house, plus 4 bathrooms, a heated saltwater pool (with no charge for heat), and a hot tub. Blocks from the bay and a bridge away from Anna Maria Island. Enjoy beaches, fishing, jet skiing, and more. 12 minutes to IMG and 50 minutes to Lakewood Ranch Sports Complex.
The Space:
The main house features 5 bedrooms, a spacious chef’s kitchen plus a chef's pantry that includes another sink and prep area, and multiple areas for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including plenty of dishes, a large gas range for family meals, and seating for up to 16 at the dining tables, with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. Relax in the living room or the sunroom, offering ample space for groups to gather and unwind. The main house also includes 2 full bathrooms (one in the master bedroom) and a half bath for added convenience.
The guest house offers a private retreat with 1 king bedroom, a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a half bathroom. An outdoor shower is also being added for extra convenience. The guest house provides a great option for those seeking privacy or a quiet space within the property.

The outdoor area is designed to maximize relaxation and enjoyment. With plenty of seating, an outdoor firepit, and an outdoor TV, it’s the perfect spot to gather, whether for casual evenings or special occasions. Our destination Thanksgiving was a hit! Everyone enjoyed themselves and went on adventures in the area. The kids were in the pool all day and the adults got to spend time with each other. Thank you Megan for making this so easy!
