Welcome to our beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home, that’s ideally located in the heart of Bradenton. We’re only a 5 minute drive to a Publix grocery store, a Walmart, and a host of bars and restaurants. And of course the beach is never far away!

This newly remodeled, spacious 2800sf home, comfortably sleeps 18 guests and has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 9 beds. Not only is it comfortable but also fun!
We have plenty of things to keep the kids entertained, from an arcade room, bunk beds with a slide, pool table, pickleball court, bball court, hot tub, mini golf course, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, a basketball machine and board games, along with a Super Nintendo game system. We also have corn hole, bocce ball and pool floats outside. Because we know if the kids are happy.….so are you!

Pool can be heated for $25/day or $100/week. Pool settings are scheduled and set to 85 degrees, however when air temperature drop below 70 degrees it can affect the pool temperature, so unfortunately pool temperature cannot be guaranteed

Chairs and games-
There are many lounge chairs as well as corn hole and bocci ball. If you move any furniture around or use any of the life vests or pool toys we do ask that you please put back where you got them from when you leave. Thank you
Beach Equipment-
Located on lanai
lounge chairs, Boogie Boards, Beach umbrella, cooler with wheels, and sand toys.
Feel free to take these and the obeach towels to the beach with you (do not take the white towels)
If you take to the beach please bring back in same condition and put back the beach stuff where you got it.
Grill and Fireplace-
The grill and fireplace are both gas and have a propane tanks provided. We do not refill the propane tanks. If it does not have any gas there is one spare under the sink in the lanai, we ask that if you use the spare you please go refill the tank at the local gas station, Uhaul, or home depot nearby and we will reimburse you.
BUGS
Florida is a tropical place. We pay for pest control and they spray very often but please know there will occasionally be a bug found. Mosquitos can also be around usually in the evening, and more so after its rained. Lizards will be seen outside in the yard and sometimes on the screened in lanai.
POOL SAFETY GATE
The yard is fenced in however, there is no fence going directly around the pool. Once exiting the home you go out into a screened in lanai area. From there you have to go out the screened lanai to get into the pool. Because there is not a fence directly around the pool children should never be left unattended outside.
RING DOORBELL
We have a ring doorbell located at the front door. This device does pick up audio as well as video. This is for the guests safety and the safety of our home.

This house was perfect! We had a family of 6 stay - 2 adults and 4 teenagers. We were so comfortable with plenty of space for everyone!
The outdoor space is lovely and inviting. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. A ton of room to spread out and relax or have fun. My kids loved the air hockey and ping pong tables. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare simple meals and snacks.
The owner is amazing and super communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is cute and felt safe. The house is on a main busy street which did not bother us at all and the backyard is very private with a tall fence. A little bit of street traffic noise but again, didnt bother us at all. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other basic needs.
We would definitely stay at this house again!

Sometimes you worry when you rent a house that it will look different than the pics online.
This house looked exactly the same on the pics as in person. I mean exactly if not better. You could tell that it had been recently redone.
Check in was easy, we entered the code, walked through the door and were wowed.
We loved that there were two master suites, and then two bedrooms for our guests. There were plenty of towels, beach and bath. The beds were very comfortable too. Our guests were happy with their rooms and the shared bath.
Morning coffee supplies were there and ready for us.
We loved that there was enough seating inside for all of us, but we mostly used the screened in porch, for morning coffee and after dinner for drinks.
The location is great, a short drive to plenty of restaurants and the Publix is only a mile away.
And the street the house is on is about equal distance from Manatee Ave and Cortez Ave, both roads that go over to Anna Maria Island, making getting there easy.
I could go on an on about the house, it was great for our needs and I could also see how it would be perfect for families. The pool area is fantastic, we hung out in the pool most of of the day.
There are many amenities that we did not use, the fire pit, grill and many games of all kinds.
I would definitely rent this house again if in the area and would recommend to others.
And host Julie was very quick to respond to my questions.

Great place to stay especially if you have young kids or a baby! It has all the accommodations you need to make your stay a breeze. It is also centrally located to beaches, shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the area!

The house was beautiful, so much to do! We swam, played air hockey, the huge connect four game on the lanai was fun! Outdoor fire pit! We loved it and would definitely come back. Julie is a fantastic host!
