Electric shutters provide a good night's sleep and keep the bedrooms cool in the day. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, plus a separate toilet, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. Our spacious modern living room and comfortable, well-equipped kitchen will accommodate a couple of families. A washing machine is available. The private garden is ideal for outdoor dining, playing with the kids, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. The property also provides ample (up to 3 vehicle) off street parking, making it convenient for those traveling by car. Our private 8m x 4m pool (open April 15 to October 15) can be enjoyed uncovered or you can swim under a secure, lockable cover. To make your stay even more convenient. For families with children, we provide a baby travel cot and highchair, ensuring even the youngest guests feel right at home. We take pride in offering thoughtful touches, such as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house, a selection of board games for cozy evenings, and books on the local history and geography. Local amenities include: a supermarket, bakery, and bus stop to town (5-minute walk); train station (5-minute drive); a microbrewery bar and a variety of restaurants (including vegan options) in Foix, (10-minute drive, bus ride or 30-minute walk). Getting Here: Toulouse and Carcassonne, the nearest airports, are approximately an hour away by train or car. The Spanish border near Andorra is about an hour and 15 minutes away and can also be reached by train or car.
