About this cottage rental
La Maison de Famille is a luxury 250-m² holiday cottage sleeping 12 people in the heart of the unique estate of Château de Fajac la Selve. Its huge 50-m² terrace offers unobstructed views of the forest and the surrounding landscape. On the ground floor, there is a large 100-m² open living space with a kitchen (semi-professional equipment), a dining room, a living room, a toilet, and a laundry room. The decoration: natural atmosphere with industrial and vintage furniture.
On the first floor:
There are 2 large master bedrooms and their respective bathrooms with toilet, and a large dormitory with 8 bunk beds, a bathroom, and a toilet. In the 50-m² dormitory, there is a playing and reading area for children for moments of stillness. The pool is nested in the heart of the cloister of the château. In the elf garden, there is a cabin on stilts, a slide, and a swing. Our pet friends are allowed upon request. The legend says that the moon fell in love with the earth here, on a hill. The family-oriented house for 12 people is comfortable and welcoming in the park of the Château de Fajac la Selve, a protected forest for discovery walks (deer, birds, wild orchids, etc.). There is a pond and a pool in the cloister of the château. Playground for children: cabin on tilts, swing, slide, an area to boules court, soccer, la soule, and badminton. The billiards and pinball machine of the château are available. The video and book library are at your disposal. Bread, croissants, cheese, organic vegetables, and fruits are delivered upon request. Massages available 2 km away. In-home hair dressing upon request. In the house: a semi-professional kitchen, a cellar, a laundry room, etc. Bed and bath linen and cleaning products are provided, a DVD player and Wi-Fi are available.
