Vacation Apartment 3, which measures 80 m², is located on the first floor and, with its two bedrooms, can accommodate up to 5 people. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a TV and provides a cozy space for spending time together. From here, you can access one of the bedrooms. It features a bunk bed (140x200 on the bottom, 90x200 on the top), which can accommodate up to three people. The second bedroom features a double bed (160x200) and wardrobes.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for self-catering. Amenities include a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an air fryer, and various cooking utensils. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a whirlpool tub, and a toilet. An additional guest bathroom provides extra comfort, especially when staying with several people. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.
From the entryway, you have direct access to the patio and garden. Seating areas here are perfect for enjoying breakfast together, relaxing in the afternoons, or winding down at the end of the day. Under the carport, there is a parking space and a covered area for bicycles.



The Kröslin Apartments are located in a quiet area of Kröslin, just about 400 meters from the marina on the Peenestrom. Three vacation apartments with different layouts, ranging from 35 to 80 m², can accommodate up to 3 or 5 people. The two apartments on the upper floor each have their own balcony, while Vacation Apartment 3 on the first floor, with a terrace and access to the garden, offers plenty of space for families and shared vacation days.
The two 35 m² apartments combine living, sleeping, and cooking areas into one cozy space. A double bed, a sofa bed, a sitting area with a TV, and a small kitchenette make them simple, comfortable retreats for couples, small families, or solo travelers. On the balcony, you can start your day with a cup of coffee or relax and wind down in the evening.
Vacation Apartment 3 is significantly more spacious at 80 m² and can accommodate up to 5 people. Two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen provide plenty of space for a relaxing stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a whirlpool tub. A guest restroom and a washing machine are also available. On the terrace and in the adjacent garden, you’ll find seating areas for relaxing outdoors.
Kröslin is a quiet town on the Peenestrom with maritime charm. Around the marina, you’ll find water sports, a restaurant, and a ferry connection to Usedom. The Kröslin Bike Trail connects the mainland with the islands of Usedom and Wollin and invites you to enjoy varied tours through the coastal landscape. In the neighboring fishing village of Freest, you can relax on the small sandy beach, take a stroll through the harbor, or enjoy freshly caught fish.
