Welcome to the Panorama Apartment in Peenemünde—your vacation home with a stunning view of the Peene River and the marina!
This stylish 3-room duplex apartment is located in a quiet area yet close to the most popular attractions on the island of Usedom—ideal for families or friends.
With a generous 83 m² of space, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults and one toddler. Two loggias with outdoor blinds offer stunning views while ensuring privacy. The bright living area, cozy bedrooms, and a modern bathroom create a comfortable vacation atmosphere.
In the green courtyard, a seating area and barbecue area invite you to relax—perfect for balmy summer evenings. A free parking space and Wi-Fi are also available. Linen packages, a crib, and a high chair can be booked upon request.
Please note: The apartment is a non-smoking property; pets are not allowed. A security deposit is collected in advance and will be fully refunded upon proper return of the property.
Seglerhafen 08 – Upper Floor/Attic:
Look forward to our cozy “Panorama Apartment” with a magnificent view of the Peene River—ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
You can access the duplex apartment through the entrance area on the upper floor. A spiral staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find the spacious living area with a cozy sofa (convertible), a flat-screen TV, and an inviting loggia with a large dining table that seats up to 6 people—perfect for shared meals or game nights with a view of the water.
Directly adjacent is the open, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space—making cooking a pleasure even on vacation.
From the living area, you can access the second loggia and the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a fantastic view, the other with two single beds. Optional linen packages provide additional comfort. A travel crib and high chair are available for young guests (upon request and for a fee).
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and storage space.
Please note: A security deposit of €150 is required, payable with the remaining rent. The deposit will, of course, be refunded upon proper return of the apartment.
